Ok, after watching the entire trilogy of the Matrix and wanted, i became disgusted...with Wanted.

this is why

Matrix:1999-2004
Wanted: 2009

Matrix: Main Character: Works ina software company by day and is a computer hacker by night, best friend is unapretiative and attempt to take advantage of him. Recruited by an underground group (via the girl he falls for) inorder to become their best, and eventually to defeat the machines that had originally inprisoned humanity.
Wanted: Main Character: An accountant who is taken advantage of by his best friend that lies to his face and is also recruited by and underground group (also by the girl he falls for). ends up rebelling aginast the group after they turn on him.

Parallels: best friends are traitors, bosses are rediculous, and they both are recruited into an orginiation by the one that they fall in love with. Over all Wanted copied the Matrix

M: Female lead: recruits the main character, trains main character, and helps him in his overall mission.
W: Female lead: recruits the main character, trains him, leads him on mission, and even helps the main after the orginization turns on him.

M: Superiors: (Morpheus): Black, deep in meaning, interputs the oracle's prophecies
W: Superiors: (Sloan): Black, vague, Interputs the weaving to determine the next target.

M: Special effects: slow motion revolutions round the scene of action as it occurs, imploys CG to emphasise the bullet effects and improbable stunts
W: Special effects: Slow motion of action scenes, also CGs bullets and improbable stunts in the same matter.

Overall Synopsis: Wanted is an attempt to take the Matrix, condese it, and resell it with a new name for everything. Therefore, Wanted is nothing more than a cheap copy of the Matrix series. So, if you've seen the Matrix movies, DO NOT WATCH WANTED, it will make you both angry and disappointed if you like the Matrix. If you haven't seen the Matrix, go ahead and watch it, but if ou watch the Matrix after, keep in mind, the Matrix was released 10 years before. If you DIDN'T lke the Matrix, DO NOT watch Wanted, it'll only disappoint you.
